Refund and Returns Policy - Restoration Hemp

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for an RMA. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days depending upon your financial institution.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $5 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your original order postage and handling.

When returning your item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
